Empowering Youth Through Purpose, Recovery, and Community
Our LGBTQ+ Youth Entrepreneurship Initiative is designed to provide skills training, mentorship, and startup support to help young people develop income-generating businesses and achieve long-term economic stability. The program removes traditional barriers to entrepreneurship while centering equity, creativity, and community care.
At Shante Remy Diamonds Way Organization, our Youth Empowerment Mission is centered on creating meaningful change in the lives of young people. Founded in 2023, our nonprofit exists to provide youth with the resources, guidance, and support they need to overcome challenges and discover purpose. We will be committed to fostering personal growth, recovery, and community involvement while ensuring every young person feels seen, valued, and supported, regardless of background, identity, or circumstance.

Our Services
Our Youth Empowerment Mission is carried out through a wide range of impactful programs, including:
Feeding the Homies is a low-barrier food access program that provides free meals and pantry items to LGBTQ+ youth in a safe, affirming environment. The program will removes traditional barriers to food support while centering dignity, choice, and community care.
Our Clothing Closet will be designed to offer free, gender-affirming clothing in a welcoming and supportive space where LGBTQ+ youth can access essential items without fear, judgment, or pressure, with a focus on dignity, inclusivity, and personal choice.
Our Outreach Program is dedicated to supporting underserved communities with a strong commitment to inclusivity and advocacy for the LGBTQ+ community. Through outreach efforts, we aim to create safe, affirming spaces where individuals feel respected, valued, and empowered.
Shantee, Remy, and Diamond’s Way believe that mental health care is a vital part of supporting LGBTQ+ individuals. Our therapy programs will be designed to provide a safe, affirming, and compassionate space where individuals can feel seen, heard, and respected.
Our licensed therapists will be trained in LGBTQ+–specific issues and are committed to honoring each person’s identity and lived experiences. Whether navigating the coming-out process, coping with discrimination, or seeking support for anxiety, depression, or trauma, our therapy services are here to support healing, growth, and long-term well-being
Our counseling services are designed to provide guidance, support, and practical tools for LGBTQ+ individuals and their families. Whether navigating challenges related to relationships, school, work, or identity exploration, our trained counselors offer a safe, nonjudgmental space where individuals can be heard and supported as they work through life’s obstacles. Our approach emphasizes building resilience, fostering self-acceptance, and empowering each person to move forward with confidence and clarity.
At the core of our mission is a commitment to affirm and celebrate LGBTQ+ identities. Through therapy, counseling, and community-based support groups, we help individuals embrace who they are with pride and confidence. This empowerment strengthens self-worth and encourages participants to advocate for themselves and others, contributing to a future where LGBTQ+ voices are recognized, respected, and valued throughout society.
